• You will fulfill orders promptly and provide customer support

Sellers are also bound by our Seller Agreement.

6. Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited on Terradine:

• Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Adult content or content harmful to minors
• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Fraudulent or misleading products

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Terradine and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Terradine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Terradine and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
