Seller Agreement

By creating a seller account on Terradine, you agree to the following terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

To sell on Terradine, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have a valid email address and payment account
• Be legally able to enter into binding contracts
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

2. Product Listings

As a seller, you agree that:

• All products you list are your original work or you have the right to sell them
• Product descriptions are accurate, complete, and not misleading
• Preview images accurately represent the product
• You will promptly update listings if information changes
• You will not list prohibited content as defined in our Terms of Service

3. Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have licensed all intellectual property rights in your products
• Your products do not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
• You will respond promptly to any infringement claims
• You will indemnify Terradine against any claims related to your products

4. Pricing and Fees

• You set your own product prices
• Terradine charges a commission on each sale (see current fee schedule)
• Payment processing fees are deducted from your earnings
• Prices displayed to buyers include any applicable fees
• You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings

5. Payments

• Payouts are processed according to our current payout schedule
• You must maintain accurate payment information
• Funds may be held for verification or pending disputes
• Chargebacks and refunds will be deducted from your balance

6. Customer Service

You agree to:

• Respond to customer inquiries within 48 hours
• Provide reasonable support for your products
• Handle disputes professionally and in good faith
• Cooperate with Terradine in resolving customer complaints

7. Prohibited Activities

Sellers may not:

• Manipulate reviews or ratings
• Engage in fraudulent transactions
• Circumvent Terradine's payment system
• Spam buyers or engage in unsolicited marketing
• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Terradine may suspend or terminate your seller account for:

• Violation of this agreement or our Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Excessive chargebacks or complaints
• Failure to maintain product quality standards
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

9. Liability

You acknowledge that Terradine is a platform provider and is not responsible for the products you sell. You agree to indemnify Terradine against any claims arising from your products or seller activities.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of the seller features after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
