Getting started

Your shop has three things customers notice first: your logo, your banner, and your product photos. Getting these right makes your shop look professional and trustworthy. Set them all from Dashboard → Storefront.

  1. Open your Storefront settings.
  2. Add your shop name, a short description (bio), logo and banner.
  3. Pick your brand colours (primary, secondary, accent).
  4. Add your products with clear, square photos.
  5. Fill in your shop policies (refunds, shipping, terms, privacy, contact).

Image sizes & formats at a glance

Terradine accepts JPG, PNG, WebP and GIF for all images. Upload the highest-quality version you have within the size limit — we display and resize it for you. Use the recommended pixel dimensions below so nothing looks blurry or gets awkwardly cropped.

AssetRecommended sizeShapeMax file
Shop logo400 × 400 pxSquare (shown as a circle)2 MB
Shop banner1600 × 400 pxWide (4:1)5 MB
Product photo1200 × 1200 pxSquare (1:1)10 MB
Why square matters: product cards, the logo badge and search results are all square. If you upload a tall or wide photo it will be centre-cropped to fit — so keep your subject in the middle and leave a little breathing room around the edges.

Logo & banner

Shop Logo

Square · displayed as a circle
Recommended400 × 400 px
Minimum200 × 200 px
Aspect ratio1:1 (square)
Max file size2 MB
FormatsJPG, PNG, WebP, GIF

Your logo appears as a round badge on your storefront and next to your shop name. Centre your mark — the corners of a square logo are clipped off by the circle.

Shop Banner

Wide · full-width header
Recommended1600 × 400 px
Minimum1200 × 300 px
Aspect ratio4:1 (wide)
Max file size5 MB
FormatsJPG, PNG, WebP, GIF

The banner stretches across the top of your shop and is cropped to fit different screens. Keep important text and logos near the centre — edges and the top/bottom may be trimmed.

Product photos

Product Image

Square · first image is the cover
Recommended1200 × 1200 px
Minimum800 × 800 px
Aspect ratio1:1 (square)
Max file size10 MB each
FormatsJPG, PNG, WebP, GIF

You can upload several photos per product. The first image becomes the thumbnail shown in the marketplace and search, so make it your best one.

Good photo checklist

  • Square crop, subject centred
  • Bright, even lighting
  • Plain or clean background
  • Fills the frame — no big empty margins
  • Sharp focus, true colours
  • Consistent style across your shop

Creating a listing

  1. Go to Dashboard → Products → Add Product.
  2. Enter a clear title (up to 255 characters) and a description.
  3. Upload your product photos (square, 1200×1200 px is ideal).
  4. For digital products, upload the deliverable file customers receive after purchase.
  5. Set your price and category, then publish.
A listing needs at least one image and (for digital goods) one file before it can be published.

Files & bulk import

WhatLimitAccepted
Digital product file (the download)100 MB per fileAny file type
Bulk product import50 MBCSV, JSON, ZIP
Bulk image upload (with import)100 MBZIP

Have a large catalogue? Use Dashboard → Import to bring products in from a CSV or JSON file (Shopify-style CSV columns are supported), and attach a ZIP of images to match them.

If your file is larger than 100 MB, split it into parts or host the large asset externally and deliver a download link inside a small file.

Shop policies

Clear policies build buyer confidence. Each policy can be up to 10,000 characters. Set them in Dashboard → Storefront:

  • Refund policy — when and how you offer refunds.
  • Shipping policy — for physical / print-on-demand items.
  • Terms — your shop's rules of sale.
  • Privacy — how you handle customer information.
  • Contact — how buyers can reach you.

Your shop description (bio) can be up to 2,000 characters — use it to tell customers who you are and what you sell.

Pricing & payouts

You set the price on every product you list. Pricing is fully in your control and can be changed at any time.

Checkout & payouts are being finalised. Terradine is completing its payment and seller-payout setup. You can build your shop, upload products and get everything ready now — we'll notify you the moment selling goes live, and your listings will be ready to sell from day one.

Tips for more sales

  • Lead with your best photo. The first image is your thumbnail everywhere on the site.
  • Be consistent. A matching photo style across listings makes your shop look established.
  • Fill in everything. Logo, banner, bio, colours and policies — a complete shop converts better than a half-finished one.
  • Write descriptive titles. Say exactly what the buyer gets.
  • Use real dimensions. Upload at the recommended sizes above so nothing looks blurry or cropped.
