Our policy on returns and refunds for digital products

Important Notice
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Once a digital product has been downloaded, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. However, we do offer refunds in specific circumstances outlined below.
When Refunds Are Granted
We will consider refund requests in the following situations:
- Product Not as Described: The product is significantly different from its listing description
- Technical Issues: The product files are corrupted, incomplete, or don't work as described
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice
- Unauthorized Transaction: The purchase was made without your authorization
When Refunds Are NOT Granted
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Not reading the product description before purchase
- Lack of expertise to use the product
- Incompatibility with your software (if requirements were listed)
- Products that have been downloaded and used
How to Request a Refund
- First, contact the seller directly through the messaging system to resolve the issue
- If the seller cannot resolve the issue, contact our support team
- Provide your order number, the product in question, and a detailed explanation
- Include any relevant screenshots or evidence
Refund Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Requests made after this period may not be considered.
Refund Process
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
- You will lose access to the refunded product
Seller-Specific Policies
Some sellers may offer more generous refund policies than our standard policy. Check the seller's shop policies for any additional terms.
