Terradine is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. All employees sign confidentiality agreements and are trained to handle sensitive information responsibly. We will not disclose any client information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

4. Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.

5. Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay the fees for the services as specified in the service agreement. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and electronic transfers. In case of late payment, Terradine reserves the right to suspend services until payment is received.

6. Service Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice. Terradine requires a minimum of 30 days’ notice for termination by the client. In the event of termination, clients are responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

7. Replacement Policy

If a client is not satisfied with the assigned assistant, or if the assistant is unavailable for any reason, Terradine will provide a replacement at no additional cost. The process for requesting a replacement will be detailed in the service agreement.

8. Liability

Terradine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law
